About Me
I grew up in New England but have called New York City home for over 30 years now. The bubbly, creative energy of this city makes me happy. I raised my daughter here and owned a women's clothing line for many years called Myth and Ritual. In hindsight, I can see that when choosing the name, my Higher Self was showing me how spirituality would come to color all aspects of my life. My own healing journey began about 12 years ago as I made some big life shifts. The guidance of many healers and teachers was invaluable during that powerful time of dissolving and discovery. Meditation, Reiki and tarot became important practices for me that I have developed and am now sharing with others who are curious about their own path or are seeking upliftment and alignment---on any level.
I completed Reiki Master training with Lisa Levine at Maha Rose and completed Flower Essence Therapy curriculum with Lindsay Fauntleroy of the Spirit Seed School. I am currently working on the certification process with The Flower Essence Society. I am fortunate to have trained with both of these teachers. I live in Williamsburg and hold sessions and readings at a nearby healing center, at your home, or virtually.
