About Me
I grew up in New England but have called New York City home for over 30 years now. The bubbly, creative energy of this city makes me happy. I raised my daughter here and owned a women's clothing line for many years called Myth and Ritual. In hindsight, I can see that when choosing the name, my Higher Self was showing me how spirituality would come to color all aspects of my life. My own healing journey began around 2016 after I made some big life shifts. The guidance of many healers and teachers was invaluable during that powerful time of dissolving and discovery. Meditation, Reiki and tarot became important practices for me that I have developed and am now sharing with others who are curious about their own path and seeking upliftment and alignment.
I completed Reiki Master training with Lisa Levine of Maha Rose and Flower Essence Therapy curriculum and clinical training with Lindsay Fauntleroy of the Spirit Seed School. I have studied altar-building with Irma Star Spirit Turtle Woman and enjoy participating and learning in her drum circle she holds several times a year. Most recently I received Level 1&2 Shamanic Reiki attunements from Llyn Robertson. I am honored to be a regular practitioner for Minka Community Reiki in Brooklyn. And equally honored to hold a weekly space at Maha Rose, Tarot Tuesday, open to walk-ins and spur-of-the-moment bookings. I live in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and am available for healing sessions and readings at Maha Rose and Grand Street Healing Center, at your home, and virtually.
